Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced GRC Consultant to help clients strengthen governance, risk, and compliance programs in the Saudi market. You will assess existing frameworks, design improvements, and implement tailored controls to reduce risk and strengthen regulatory alignment.

In this role you will collaborate with client teams, lead risk assessments and audits, and deliver training to promote a risk-aware culture while staying current with industry standards such as ISO 31000,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance consulting or related fields.
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards such as ISO 31000, COSO, GDPR, and others.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess existing governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks within client organizations.
• Develop and implement GRC strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a risk-aware culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design and deliver GRC training programs to enhance knowledge and awareness among stakeholders.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of GRC software to automate processes and improve reporting capabilities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice to clients.
