Job summary

Amentum is seeking a TSP Project Officer in Saudi Arabia to provide project administration, coordination, and operational support to the TSP Project team. This is a development opportunity to expose recent graduates to project delivery, governance, stakeholder coordination, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of project activities across the TSP Project.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Maintain project document registers and document control.
• Assist with project schedules, trackers, and dashboards.
• Support monitoring of project risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Assist with project logistics, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Support compliance with company procedures and project governance.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly project reports and performance metrics.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
