Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Government Relations/ Accommodation Supervisor to align HR strategies with business goals across our Hotels portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You’ll act as a trusted adviser to leaders, shaping workforce planning and talent strategy while ensuring high performance and guest-centric service.

You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver people and culture solutions, coach leaders, and use data to drive decisions, while upholding employment laws and safeguarding

  • Drive organizational health: Monitor organizational dynamics, identify issues, and partner with Centers of Excellence to implement people and culture solutions that support high performance and engagement
  • Support workforce planning and talent strategy: Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and career development to ensure the business is future ready
  • Coach and advise leaders: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, offering coaching and expertise on performance management, leadership development, employee relations, and change management
  • Use data to drive decisions: Analyze trends and metrics to shape policies, improve processes, and deliver tailored HR programs that support business goals
  • Uphold HR compliance: Apply knowledge of employment laws and elevate issues appropriately to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk
  • Foster learning and development: Identify capability gaps, support training design, and coach leaders to maximize team performance and accelerate development of high-potential talent
