Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Technical Supervisor to maintain hotel facilities and deliver seamless guest experiences. You will oversee maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry, ensuring safety and reliability throughout the property.

Strong leadership and a proactive, service-oriented mindset are essential. You will respond quickly to service requests, document activities, and drive preventive maintenance initiatives.

• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify needs.
• Document maintenance activities: record inspections and repairs and flag issues for follow-up.

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
