Job summary

SAB in Riyadh seeks an experienced HR governance professional to manage annual reviews of policies and regulator-gap analyses. You will lead Code of Conduct reviews, oversee regulatory reporting, and maintain governance dashboards in coordination with multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes proactive risk identification, timely escalation, and ensuring full regulatory compliance across HR functions within a demanding governance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Approximately 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Governance framework: conduct annual reviews of HR policies and procedures and annual regulator gap analysis.
• Track and manage all policy review cycles with time-bound actions.
• Lead annual review of the employee Code of Conduct.
• Oversee annual review of the Consequence Management Policy and report cases to management.
• Identify and escalate regulatory non-compliance or gaps/overlaps in policies.
• Maintain an annual governance activity plan and calendar for compliance.
• Engage stakeholders to raise awareness of HR governance.
• Submit periodic and ad-hoc regulatory reports with coordination across teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and initiate gap analyses to achieve compliance.
• Develop and maintain an HR governance dashboard to track key HR regulatory metrics.
• Act as the focal point with Audit for audits and close findings timely.
• Prepare meeting packs for Board and Management Committees to drive decisions.

Job description

• Manage the governance framework by conducting annual reviews of HR policies and procedures in addition to conducting annual gap analysis with the regulator policies and circulars.
• Manage and track all policies review cycles with time-bound actions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead the annual review of the employee Code of Conduct to ensure it comprehensively addresses all requirements.
• Manage the annual review of the Consequence Management Policy and procedure, ensuring proper reporting of cases to management.
• Identify and escalation issues pertaining to regulatory non-compliance or gaps/overlaps in current policy or procedures.
• Maintain an annual governance activity plan and calendar to ensure structured oversight and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage stakeholders and increase communication to ensure awareness and understanding of HR governance.
• Responsible for submitting periodic and ad-hoc reports requested by regulatory authorities which require an extensive coordination's with multiple stakeholders, frequent communication, ensure validation and accuracy within the required timeframe.
• Ensure awareness of any regulatory new requirement which requires action such as gap analysis and decision making to achieve full regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain an HR governance dashboard to track and monitor key regulatory matrices across various HR functions.
• Act as the focal point of contact with Audit for any Audit exercise or reviews and monitor the tracking and resolution of all findings to ensure timely closure.
• Prepares Board, Sub-board and Management committee's meeting packs submission, to ensure appropriate visibility of operational risks, controls, issues, governance and events to drive senior Management decision making.
