Job summary

WEbook, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Design to define and execute the company’s global design vision. You will lead a world-class design organization, drive design innovation, and ensure design excellence as a competitive advantage.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer/CEO, you will own the design budget, set the strategy, and partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional design experience.
• 7+ years in senior design leadership roles.
• Track record of scaling design organizations (25+ people).
• Experience managing multiple design disciplines (Product, Brand, Research).

Responsibilities

• Define and champion global design strategy, vision, and principles.
• Lead world-class design organization and governance across design functions.
• Own design KPIs, budget, and ROI to drive business impact.
• Partner with C-suite and cross-functional leaders to align design with company objectives.
