In this executive role, you will drive design innovation, set governance for design systems, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales, and influence the company’s strategic roadmap while mentoring senior designers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional design experience.
• 7+ years in senior design leadership roles.
• Track record of scaling design organizations (25+ people).

Responsibilities

• Define and champion global design strategy and principles.
• Lead scalable design teams and development of career paths.
• Own design KPIs and budgets; drive ROI and governance.
• Partner with C-suite and cross-functional leaders to align design with business objectives.
