Job summary

EY's MENA Tax team in Jeddah is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Global Compliance & Reporting group, focusing on complex engagements and practice growth. You will apply strong technical tax knowledge with commercial insight to ensure high-quality client service.

You will manage engagements day-to-day, build standardized processes, and support junior colleagues while maintaining Tax Quality guidelines in a multinational, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related essential fields.
• MBA, master's or related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, with knowledge of tax accounting and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables.
• Establish standardized processes, anticipate risks, and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a learning culture while upholding Tax Quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with multinational clients and teams across borders.
