Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Riyadh is launching the STEM Global Power+ Graduate Program, a flagship early-career rotation featuring three six-month assignments across our Business Units.

You will join as a full-time employee with rotations in Saudi Arabia and possibly abroad, starting 1 November 2026. This program accelerates leadership and broad business acumen through hands-on engineering and cross-functional experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (STEM) fields required.
• Saudi Arabia local citizen status required.
• 0–2 years of professional experience by start date.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations abroad as needed.
• Strong leadership potential and intercultural awareness.
