HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Saudi Arabia is launching the STEM Global Power+ Graduate Program, a flagship early career rotational program spanning 18 months with three six-month rotations across business units. You'll join as a full-time employee from day one and rotate through roles in quality engineering, software engineering, consulting, sales, and more.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM field.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Local Saudi Arabia citizen with 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong drive, quick learner and able to work across diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Innovation in project and program contexts.
• Be customer and society focused in all rotations.
• Be the People Champion of the program and promote Diversity 360 mindset.
• Participate in multiple rotations across different business segments (3 x 6 months).
