• Able to act as a senior level key escalation point for technical concerns.
• Strong knowledge of A/V hardware and related multimedia devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for technical escalations.
• Manage software and hardware licensing, reporting, packaging, and deployment.
• Identify and implement technological process improvements.
