Job summary

Moomoo Inc. seeks a senior IT liaison to bridge China HQ and Riyadh-region operations. You will own end-to-end IT infrastructure deployment, site rollouts and asset management for offices and retail sites while ensuring adherence to global IT standards.

You will drive security policy implementation, manage core systems, and deliver regular reporting. Strong cross-time-zone communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT infrastructure deployments across multiple sites.
• Ability to align local IT with global architecture and standards.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT infrastructure deployment for offices and retail sites.
• Implement IT standards, policies and security requirements; report and remediate gaps.
• Manage lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, inventory and audits.
• Administer core systems (AD, PBX, email, Citrix, NAS).
• Provide on-site support with HQ teams; liaise with regulators and vendors.
• Develop SOPs to standardise IT workflows locally.
