Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in HR or immigration in a People team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Firm tools (Box, Slack).
• Strong communication across external/internal channels.
• Ability to work independently and entrepreneurially.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobility, immigration, and visa eligibility assessments for staff entering Saudi Arabia.
• Support business travelers in obtaining visas and assist with work/residency permits.
• Guide expat and national hires through onboarding while ensuring GOSI compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors, PROs, and internal teams to maintain end-to-end process quality and deploy AI tools where relevant.
