Job summary

NOV Fiber Glass Systems in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Field Service Representative (Technician, Field Service III) to deliver on-site support for RTP and RTR/GRE systems, including installation, testing, troubleshooting and training for customers and installers.

The role requires extensive travel to remote oilfields, rigs, marine platforms and industrial sites worldwide, ensuring safety, compliance, and accurate field documentation while coordinating with Field Service Management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of field service experience with fiberglass or composite piping systems.
• English language proficiency and strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble spoolable RTP and jointed RTR/GRE systems at customer sites.
• Perform connector and joint assembly, inspection, and testing per standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues with on-site repairs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to installers and customers.
• Deliver training sessions for field personnel on installation and maintenance.
• Complete accurate field documentation including service reports and data entry.
• Ensure safety compliance with HSE policies in remote locations.
