Qualifications

• The programme is designed for graduates and early‑career builders; no prior BDR required but drive matters.
• You should be able to demonstrate drive, ownership, resilience or achievement across professional, academic or personal experiences.
• You are motivated to progress beyond the BDR role and build a long‑term commercial career.
• You are comfortable with high‑volume outreach, repetition, rejection and consistent follow‑through.
• You are willing to learn complex products, use data and technology, and maintain high CRM standards.
• Strong written and verbal English is required; local language skills may apply by market.

Responsibilities

• Master the payments craft by understanding Checkout.com products and the payments ecosystem.
• Research strategic accounts to identify high‑value opportunities and stakeholders.
• Create relevant conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn to open doors with decision‑makers.
• Drive growth momentum with prospecting, follow‑up, discovery and pipeline management.
• Run advanced discovery to understand merchant challenges, priorities and outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to progress opportunities through the commercial lifecycle to go‑live.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Solutions Engineering, Underwriting, Product, Marketing.
• Leverage Salesforce and approved AI tools to improve research, personalisation and pipeline accuracy.
• Maintain data quality in CRM and contribute to cohort learning and enablement.
