Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Familiarity with banking processes and supplier relationships.
• Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate entry of expenses, invoices, and journals into D365.
• Ensure payments, duties, taxes are processed on time.
• Serve as AP contact for inquiries with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor AP aging and forecast cash requirements.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and support payment processes.
• Handle multiple currencies and international entities.
• Coordinate with departments on contracts, PO terms, and status.
• Assist in preparing the monthly cash flow forecast.
• Collaborate across the region to share knowledge and improve controls.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and balance priorities.
