Musco Sports Lighting, LLC. in Saudi Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Accounts Payable professional to join our team.

You will manage entry of expenses, invoices and payment journals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will process customs duties and taxes, collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and monitor AP aging across currencies and entities to support cash flow and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter expenses and invoices accurately into D365.
• Process customs duties, taxes and other payments.
• Serve as AP contact for inquiries with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor AP aging and forecast cash needs.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate across regions to improve processes.
• Support monthly cash flow forecast preparation.
