Job summary

IFS is seeking a hungry Senior Account Risk Manager to lead resolution of high-risk customer accounts across a global portfolio. You will oversee cross-functional collaboration to protect revenue, cash flow, and profitability while ensuring executive-level visibility and governance.

The role requires strong risk-management experience within software, excellent stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to drive timely action and control.

Qualifications

• Experience in software industry risk management, finance, or collections.
• Strong understanding of ARR, renewals and revenue realization.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive resolution of high-risk accounts across the global portfolio.
• Facilitate regular global risk review cadence across regions and divisions.
• Coordinate and escalate accounts with significant financial or customer-retention risks.
• Maintain accurate risk records: exposure, root causes, mitigations, owners, next steps.
• Monitor risks impacting ARR, renewals, collections, churn, and bad debt exposure.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting on risk trends and progress.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders to close critical issues on time.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Delivery, Product and Leadership to accelerate resolutions.
• Lead automation initiatives to streamline data collection, reporting, and risk tracking processes.
