Job summary

Devoteam International in Riyadh seeks a senior GIS Data Conversion & QA specialist to lead transformation of utilities and infrastructure drawings into Enterprise GIS datasets, ensuring accuracy, topology, connectivity, and data integrity.

You will work closely with GIS teams and clients, applying Python, ArcGIS ModelBuilder and/or FME to automate ETL workflows and validate geodatabases, topology rules, and network relationships in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in utilities and infrastructure as-built conversion to GIS.
• Strong experience in data extraction, conversion, cleansing, validation, and QA/QC.
• Experience with Enterprise GIS environments and client-facing consulting.
• Native Arabic speaker and available to join ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Convert utilities and infrastructure as-built drawings into structured GIS datasets.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and preparation for Enterprise GIS.
• Conduct GIS validation, QA/QC, and topology/connectivity checks.
• Collaborate with GIS teams and clients on data transformation initiatives.
