Job summary

Mace Consult is leading a major Saudi Arabia programme that combines sports facilities, entertainment, and arts with associated infrastructure. You will head geotechnical design activities, guiding teams across multiple projects and driving best practice in design standards, tools and processes.

You will influence procurement strategies, governance, and stakeholder collaboration while supporting net zero carbon objectives and capability development across the project teams.

Qualifications

• Lead geotechnical design teams on major infrastructure or building projects.
• Ability to manage resources, schedules and budgets for geotechnical deliverables.
• Present management review data and KPIs to project leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver annual business plan objectives within deadlines and budget.
• Lead and manage geotechnical design resources across multiple projects.
• Present KPI data to project and functional leadership teams.
• Support business development and capability development programs.
• Ensure compliance with management systems and project governance.
• Act as primary focal point for geotechnical design matters and drive continuous improvement.
