Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an Experienced GeoBalance Operations professional to coordinate field applications at well sites and base camps in Saudi Arabia. You will plan personnel, equipment setup, site directions, and customer support while communicating with PSLs and third parties to ensure activity capability.

You will mentor and train junior staff, supervise service completion, and drive customer satisfaction with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills required.
• 9+ years experience in oil field drilling activities.
• 6+ years of underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee GeoBalance Applications operations at the well site and base camp.
• Plan and provide personnel and equipment setup for job.
• Mentor and train lower level personnel in areas of expertise.
• Interact with customers and supervise completion of services to exceed requirements.
