Job summary

Sea and Beyond seeks a General Manager to lead our Saudi Arabia logistics operations with full P&L ownership and end-to-end leadership. This senior role reports to regional/global leadership and drives revenue growth and profitability across the Kingdom.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in logistics, with 10–15 years in senior leadership roles, and fluency in Arabic. Prior Saudi experience and a strong network with clients, vendors, and regulators are required.

Qualifications

We are hiring a General Manager to lead our logistics operations in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership position, equivalent to Director level, responsible for full P&L ownership, business growth, and end-to-end operational leadership across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Full P&L responsibility for Saudi Arabia operations, driving revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency

Lead and manage all logistics and freight forwarding functions including sales, operations, customer service, and compliance

Drive business development and commercial strategy to grow market share and client base across the Kingdom

Build and manage relationships with key clients, vendors, customs authorities, and regulatory bodies

Lead, mentor, and manage the country team across commercial, operations, and finance functions

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, customs regulations, and local business practices

Represent the company with government bodies, industry associations, and key stakeholders

Monitor market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities within Saudi Arabia

Report directly to regional/global leadership on business performance and strategy

Requirements

Mandatory prior work experience in Saudi Arabia within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry

Fluency in Arabic language is mandatory

20+ years of overall experience in logistics/freight forwarding, with a minimum of 10 to 15 years in a senior leadership / country head / GM level role

Proven experience managing full P&L, revenue targets, and profitability

Established network and relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies within Saudi Arabia

Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management capabilities

Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and strategic planning skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
