Job summary

Confidential, based in Riyadh, seeks a qualified General Accountant with strong accounting experience and solid academic background. You will manage financial records, perform entries and reconciliations, and support monthly close and reporting.

Knowledge of VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing is a plus. Proficiency in ERP and Excel is required, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Strong practical experience in general accounting and financial operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting systems.
• Good knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Ability to maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Understanding of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Familiarity with VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, accounting entries, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare, review, and record journal entries while ensuring accounting accuracy.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations regularly.
• Review invoices, supporting documents, and accounting transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports, account balances, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.
