Job summary

Alphaconnect in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated gardener for full-time work in a climate that requires outdoor maintenance. The role involves planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing plants to meet their specific needs while maintaining lawned areas and hedges.

You will diagnose basic plant health issues and assist with landscape tasks as needed. Ideal candidates have at least one year of gardening experience, basic English, and the ability to work with various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a gardener.
• Knowledge of different types of plants and their care requirements.
• Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers.

Responsibilities

• Planting, watering, weeding, pruning and fertilizing plants according to their needs.
• Maintain the appearance of the gardens by mowing lawns, trimming hedges and cleaning debris.
• Identify and address plant diseases or pest infestations.
• Assist with landscape design projects as needed.
• Operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with clients to understand preferences and address concerns.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Gardener
• Knowledge of different types of plants and their care requirements
• Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills in English basic knowledge is sufficient
• Canadian nationality preferred
