Ariika in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves accompanying the delivery driver, coordinating and supervising furniture delivery and installation at client sites, and ensuring quality control.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in delivery coordination or logistics, with preferred furniture installation experience, and a valid Saudi driving license. On-site work and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in delivery coordination, supervision of deliveries, logistics, or a similar role.
• Furniture delivery/installation experience is highly preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Excellent knowledge of Riyadh routes and areas.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on-site and accompany delivery teams.
• Attention to detail and professional client interactions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and confirm delivery appointments with customers.
• Accompany the delivery driver and shipments to client locations.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site delivery and furniture installation.
• Ensure proper delivery and installation per company standards.
• Photograph delivered/installed products for quality control.
• Obtain customer signatures as delivery proof.
• Address customer inquiries on-site and coordinate with internal teams.
