Givaudan in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Support Executive to back the Fine Fragrance and Consumer Products teams. You will manage administrative tasks, quotations, and data reporting, while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales support, a commerce/administration degree, and fluent English and Arabic. SAP experience is a plus; Saudi nationality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in commerce, administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B Sales support in international settings.
• Saudi Nationality is required.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ERPs like SAP would be advantageous.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage administrative tasks from initiation to completion including project and sample requests.
• Support sourcing of market products and technical needs.
• Prepare and maintain price quotations; ensure accuracy in internal systems.
• Analyze data to identify insights and create reports and presentations.
• Maintain data accuracy and create dashboards; respond to inquiries using system knowledge.
