Scale AI is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer (Forward Deployed) to join our International Public Sector team in Riyadh. On-site role collaborating with public sector partners to deliver AI-powered, full-stack applications and data solutions.

You will architect production-grade architectures, steer cloud infrastructure for security and scale, and mentor engineers while driving cross-functional roadmap execution across global clients.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of full-stack Python/Node.js/React.
• Experience designing high-scale architectures on Kubernetes and cloud providers.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting in high-security client environments.
• Proven track record building LLM-driven solutions.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for public sector engagements.
• Architect production-grade AI applications and scalable UIs/backend/models.
• Guide cloud infrastructure security and long-term system integrity.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers; align products with architecture.
• Translate client lessons into reusable platform patterns.
