Job summary

Scale’s International Public Sector team is building AI applications to address critical challenges in government and civil services. As a Forward Deployed Full Stack Engineer, you’ll collaborate with public sector partners to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that impact real-world outcomes.

You’ll architect production-grade systems, guide cloud infrastructure, and mentor engineers while turning complex requirements into robust technical roadmaps that scale globally.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of full-stack experience with scalable architectures.
• Experience designing production-grade AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for public sector engagements.
• Convert requirements into robust architectural roadmaps.
• Architect production-grade AI applications and UI/backend integration.
• Guide cloud infrastructure for security and global scale.
• Direct core platforms and shared services development.
• Mentor staff and align products with a cohesive architecture.
