Job summary

Scale is seeking a Forward Deployed Full Stack Software Engineer to work directly with public sector clients, delivering end-to-end AI-enabled applications. You’ll build production-grade UIs, APIs, and data pipelines, integrating AI models into scalable platforms.

The role requires 5+ years of post-graduation experience with React, Next.js, Python, Node.js, and cloud environments. Fluency in Arabic is a plus, and candidates should be ready to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of post-graduation, full-stack engineering experience with React (required), TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Proven ability to architect scalable, production-grade applications with cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with public sector clients to scope, collect feedback, and implement solutions for complex problems.
• Architect production-grade applications that integrate AI models with full-stack frameworks.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure within cloud environments ensuring security, scalability and reliability.
• Contribute to core platform features reusable across international client use cases.
• Partner with design, product, and data teams to align with architecture.
