Job summary

Elsewedy Electric is seeking a procurement professional to support international operations from Medina Province, Saudi Arabia. You will handle supplier communications, prepare documentation, track orders, and ensure timely delivery aligned with production needs and company standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in relevant fields, 2–3 years in foreign procurement, and proficiency in English and Arabic. Oracle ERP, MS Word, and Excel skills are expected, with CIPS Level 2 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration.
• 2-3 years' experience in foreign procurement or supply chain.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; CIPS Level 2 preferred.
• Basic procurement training or certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and communicating with international suppliers for quotations and order confirmations.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation in ERP systems.
• Support supplier evaluation processes and maintain updated vendor databases.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production schedules.
• Resolve minor discrepancies in orders, invoices, and deliveries in coordination with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and international trade regulations.
