Job summary

Alesayi Beverages Co. Ltd is seeking an Analytical Manager to lead the analytical testing program for beverage and food products. You will oversee method development, validation, and data interpretation while ensuring compliance with SFDA and GCC requirements.

You will manage instrument maintenance, document control, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Production to drive robust in-house capabilities and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of analytical laboratory experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC; practical IC experience strongly preferred.
• Experience developing, verifying, validating, and troubleshooting analytical methods for food or beverage matrices.
• Experience preparing technical reports, controlled procedures, and scientifically defensible interpretations of results.
• Working knowledge of SFDA and GCC food regulations and relevant international analytical standards.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements is an advantage, particularly method validation, equipment control, traceability, and technical records.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical laboratory activities: plan testing, manage sample workflows, maintain records, and optimize resource use.
• Perform and oversee chromatographic analyses (HPLC, IC, GC) including maintenance coordination.
• Test raw materials, ingredients, and finished products for sugars, acids, caffeine, vitamins, ions, and related compounds.
• Develop, verify, validate, and transfer analytical methods with documented performance characteristics.
• Review chromatograms and data; investigate out-of-spec results and document conclusions.
• Prepare clear, traceable analytical reports with raw data, calculations, instrument logs, and calibration records.
• Provide regulatory technical support and compile data for product registrations and dossiers.
• Apply SFDA/GCC requirements, ISO and AOAC methods, and safe laboratory practices.
