Job summary

Al-Watania Poultry is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to ensure products are displayed, available, priced, and maintained across assigned retail outlets following merchandising standards. Based in the Riyadh region, the role involves field visits to multiple stores, stock monitoring, and collaboration with sales teams to optimize shelf presence and promotions.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to perform fieldwork and visit multiple retail locations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment, and discipline.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and assigned locations.
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, sales, food products, or FMCG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display company products according to approved merchandising standards.
• Ensure continuous product availability on shelves and in refrigerated display units.
• Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and report shortages or out-of-stock items.
• Ensure price tags and promotional materials are accurate and clearly displayed.
• Monitor production and expiry dates and apply FEFO/FIFO stock rotation principles.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive shelves, refrigerators, and product displays.
• Implement approved planograms and product placement guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s allocated shelf and display space.
• Monitor competitor products, promotions, pricing, and merchandising activities.
• Coordinate with store personnel and the sales team to ensure proper product availability and presentation.
• Prepare regular merchandising reports and submit required store visit updates and photos.
• Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
