My Clinic is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee clinical floors, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care in a leading multispecialty outpatient facility in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires 8–10 years of healthcare operations experience, a health-related bachelor’s degree (MHA preferred), and CPXP certification. You will lead staff, implement policies, and coordinate resources to elevate patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Overseeing the operations of My Clinic floors to ensure efficient and quality patient care. Ensuring the smooth functioning of clinical operations and the provision of top-notch patient care.

Primary Responsibilities

Technical

• Coordinating daily operations on My Clinic floors.
• Managing staff and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Overseeing patient care and ensuring satisfaction.
• Supervising and evaluating the performance of healthcare staff and professionals.
• Implementing policies and protocols to improve patient care quality.
• Coordinating patient care services and managing resources efficiently.
• Addressing patient concerns and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of healthcare practices and patient care.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Administrative

• Setting & approving performance goals for the team members and managing their annual performance evaluation.
• Monitoring subordinates’ performances and distributing the daily tasks to them.
• Determining the manpower requirements of the Section in accordance with My Clinic's policies.
• Identifying the annual training needs for subordinates and evaluating the effectiveness of the provided courses.
• Managing the administrative requests of the team members: vacations, departures, etc.

Education / Professional Qualifications

• Education Degree: Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, such as nursing, health care administration or public health, or any related field. MHA is preferred.
• Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience within a related field.
• Professional Certification: CPXP.
