My Clinic is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee clinical floors, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care in a leading multispecialty outpatient facility in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires 8–10 years of healthcare operations experience, a health-related bachelor’s degree (MHA preferred), and CPXP certification. You will lead staff, implement policies, and coordinate resources to elevate patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations on My Clinic floors.
• Manage staff and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Oversee patient care and ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise and evaluate healthcare staff performances.
• Implement policies and protocols to improve patient care quality.
• Coordinate patient care services and manage resources efficiently.
• Address patient concerns and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Maintain accurate records of healthcare practices and patient care.
• Set and approve performance goals and conduct annual evaluations.
• Determine manpower requirements and arrange training.
• Manage administrative requests such as vacations.
