Job summary

CAE Middle East is seeking a Group Leader, Technical Operations to establish and lead the technical operations supporting Riyadh Air’s new training centre in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee a maintenance team responsible for readiness, reliability, and regulatory compliance of advanced flight simulation training equipment.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong engineering credentials, and a proven track record in FSTD maintenance, project coordination, and customer collaboration to

Qualifications

Engineering degree or technical diploma with extensive FSTD experience.
Minimum 4 years in a managerial/supervisory role in FSTD support.
Ability to lead multiple projects and coordinate resources.
Strong decision-making, HR awareness, and teamwork emphasis.
Excellent English communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Engineering team functions and day-to-day operations.
Ensure training devices meet certification standards at all times.
Be the primary contact for customer technical/operational queries.
Achieve SLA metrics and quality KPIs; drive corrective actions.
