Job summary

Almosafer in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Reservation & Ticketing Staff member for Airlines GSA to provide efficient reservation and ticketing services to travel agents, corporate customers, and passengers. You will ensure transactions comply with airline and company policies while delivering excellent service.

The role requires 3–5 years of airline reservation experience, Amadeus GDS proficiency, and strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of airline or GSA reservation and ticketing experience.
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS; knowledge of Galileo or Sabre is an advantage.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
Process reservations and ticketing transactions using Airline Reservation Systems.
Provide fare quotations, itinerary planning, and travel information.
Assist travel agents, corporate clients, and passengers with inquiries.
Coordinate with Sales, Airport Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless service.
Maintain accurate reservation and ticketing records and prepare operational reports.
