Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers politely and professionally, understanding their needs.
• Have thorough product knowledge and provide suitable recommendations.
• Present products, answer inquiries, and assist through the purchasing process to meet sales targets.
• Assist in organizing products and monitor stock and displays.
• Improve showroom layout and product arrangement for a better shopping experience.
• Complete sales transactions accurately with cash-handling procedures.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to management to improve products, services and experience.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively as part of a cooperative team.
