Job summary

The ALESAYI HOLDING workforce transport team in Jeddah oversees the regional fleet, coordinating routes between accommodations and client sites, dispatching drivers and ensuring vehicle readiness and safety.

Key duties include planning daily routes, tracking utilization with GPS/telematics, maintaining maintenance schedules, generating shift and monthly fleet reports, and enforcing driver procedures while handling day/night handovers, ensuring compliance with road-safety regulations and

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, transport, supply chain or a related field.
• 3+ years in fleet, transport or dispatch operations; shift-work experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with GPS/telematics and route-planning tools; strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance cycles, roadworthiness and inspection requirements and road-safety regulations.
• Able to supervise and schedule large driver teams, resolve same-day operational issues and keep calm under time pressure.
• Analytical mindset: reads utilization and cost data and turns it into route and fleet improvements.
• Arabic and English required; valid driving license required; willingness to work day or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch daily workforce transport routes for the assigned shift; consolidate trips and support project mobilization and demobilization.
• Monitor vehicle and driver utilization through tracking systems; report idle vehicles, off-route trips and kilometers per vehicle, and propose route and fleet optimizations.
• Track preventive maintenance, inspections, registration and insurance validity for all vehicles; coordinate with the maintenance team to keep vehicle availability on target.
• Enforce driver operating procedures and safety measures (licenses, rest hours, speed, vehicle checks);investigate incidents and maintain the incident log.
• Allocate drivers for the shift, manage attendance and leave cover, and ensure a clear hand-over between day and night shifts.
• Produce shift and monthly fleet reports: trips, kilometers, fuel, utilization, availability, incidents and cost per kilometer.
