Job summary

BEC Arabia in Riyadh is seeking a Civil Construction Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure projects in line with Saudi Vision 2030. You will oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients, and ensure safety and quality standards.

This site-based role requires 10+ years in civil construction management, PMP/SCE or equivalent, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in civil construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• PMP, SCE registration, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MS Project.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or smart city projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulators to ensure compliance with project specs and local regulations.
• Develop and implement project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001) across all sites.
• Oversee procurement activities in line with ARAMCO and SABIC standards where applicable.
• Prepare progress reports, financial updates, and risk assessments for senior management.
