Jasara seeks a Superstructure Engineer – Finishing to lead the finishing phase on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects in Saudi Arabia. You will work with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure packages meet specifications, milestones, and readiness for inspection and handover.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 5-8 years of finishing engineering experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
• Experience with handover and inspection packages.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and resolving issues during execution.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi construction standards and material approvals.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, project managers, architects, QA/QC teams, and handover teams.
• Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Eligible for local transfer in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with interior fit-out.
• Hands-on experience with ceilings, flooring and wall cladding, and joinery.
