Job summary

Eram Talent seeks a Financial Operations Analyst for its prestigious client to oversee invoice verification, SAP postings, and cost allocation across contracts and projects. This onsite role in Thuwwal, Saudi Arabia, focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business/finance and at least four years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office and SAP Finance Module skills, and the ability to manage confidential information under

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
Excellent command of both oral and written English.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and the SAP Finance Module.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Invoice Verification: Verify invoices for accuracy against POs and contract terms.
Financial Processing & SAP Management: Create SAP entries and ensure proper cost charging to WBS/Cost Center and GL codes.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and internal departments; resolve discrepancies.
Reporting & Financial Analysis: Provide reports and analysis on invoices and vendor data across contracts.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and controls.
General Support: Assist with other tasks within the position’s scope.
