Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a high‑caliber Financial Controller (Saudi National) to lead financial operations for our fast‑growing business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role covers monthly close, FPA, business partnering, and financial governance, with opportunities to expand into a broader META regional remit in the future.

As a key finance partner, you will drive IFRS-compliant close, management reporting, and strategic insights for regional leadership, while strengthening controls and VAT

Qualifications

• Saudi National required for the role.
• 6–10 years of finance, controlling, or FPA experience.
• Strong IFRS, internal controls, and local regulations understanding.
• Experience with SAP or Hyperion favored.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close in IFRS and Lenovo standards.
• Oversee accounting accuracy, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and compliance.
• Drive FPA: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling.
• Prepare business performance reports and dashboards for leaders.
• Support business groups with financial insights and deal reviews.
• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and governance.
• Work with VAT/tax submissions (ZATCA).

Lenovo is seeking a high‑caliber Financial Controller (Saudi National) to lead financial operations for our fast‑growing business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for monthly close, FPA, business partnering, and financial governance, with the opportunity to expand into a broader META regional remit in the future. This is a key position for a motivated Saudi finance professional looking to join a global leader in technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month‑end close process in line with IFRS and Lenovo global standards.
• Oversee accounting accuracy, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and statutory compliance.
• Drive FPA processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Prepare business performance reports and dashboards for management, regional, and global leaders.
• Support Lenovo business groups with financial insights, deal reviews, and commercial decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure audit readiness, and manage governance requirements.
• Work with ZATCA compliance for VAT and tax-related submissions.

Candidate Requirements

• Saudi National (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or FPA within multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, internal controls, and local Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and management reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High ownership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
