Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking a Financial Controller for its Saudi operations in Riyadh. The role requires strong IFRS expertise, project costing, budgeting, and cash flow management within project-based businesses such as O&M or EPC.

Candidates should have 8–12+ years in finance, including 3–5 years in senior finance management, with ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics). Excellent leadership and business partnering skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent preferred.
• 8–12+ years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in financial controlling or a senior finance management position.
• Experience in O&M, industrial services, EPC, oil & gas, power generation, or related project-based businesses strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, contract accounting (IFRS 15), project costing, budgeting, financial controls, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and advanced financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
