Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, credit portfolios, and business performance metrics to support decision‑making
• Assist in evaluating financing opportunities, including credit risk and return analysis
• Build and maintain financial models for investment and lending activities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Risk, Operations, and Tech) to improve processes and performance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks in fintech and private credit

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
