Dr Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers is seeking a Financial Analytics Specialist to prepare and present comprehensive technical, administrative, and financial reports reflecting the organization’s financial standing.

The role focuses on creating operational and management reports, dashboards, and tools to streamline performance reporting across departments, while maintaining BI systems and supporting data-driven decision making in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics or reporting role
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Create and update management reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with departments to design semi-automated templates for reporting improvement.
• Research and adopt best practices in analytics and BI trends within healthcare.
• Maintain BI tools, databases and dashboards for accurate reporting.
• Respond to inquiries and disseminate information in a timely manner.
• Clean, transform, validate and model data to support business decisions.
• Contribute to patient-centric initiatives and ensure data-driven insights.
• Perform other tasks within knowledge, skills and abilities as required.

Prepare and present comprehensive technical, administrative, and financial analytical and statistical reports to present and interpret data, identify alternatives, and present and justify conclusions, forecasts, and recommendations based on data summaries and other findings to reflect HMG financial standing.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Create and update a variety of management reports including daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards. Identify new reporting needs to monitor operational performance.
• Work closely with various departments and management and design semi-automated templates and tools to streamline the performance reporting of all HMG departments.
• Research and implement highest standards consistent with best practices and emerging trends in analytics, both within and outside the healthcare industry.
• Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, and systems for tracking information for reporting purposes.
• Respond to inquiries in a courteous manner; provide information within the area of assignment; resolve complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
• Imports, cleans, transforms, validates and models data to achieve understanding and conclusions from the data for business to make timely decisions.
• Participate in person-cantered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
• Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
• Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

Requirements

Education/ Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree Commerce, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent professional designation is required.

Experience
