Job summary

Lendo is seeking a Finance Operations Officer to join our growing finance team. You will support day-to-day financial operations, process financing transactions, manage investor and borrower invoicing, and maintain accurate records across our finance systems.

This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech and exposure to month-end activities, ERP platforms, and data tools such as Tableau. Strong Excel skills and fluency in Arabic and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience preparing invoices and supporting billing activities.
• Experience using ERP or finance systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, Zoho, Xero, or similar).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with financial data and reconciliations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Process financing withdrawals on internal platforms.
• Raise invoices for investors and borrowers and manage related invoicing.
• Process invoices within the ERP system and upload invoices to the Fatoorah portal.
• Perform daily reconciliations and support month-end reconciliations.
• Assist the wider Finance team with operational tasks.

In this role, you'll support the day‑to‑day financial operations that keep our business running smoothly, including processing financing transactions, managing investor and borrower invoicing, maintaining accurate records across our finance systems, and supporting month‑end activities. Key Responsibilities:

Finance Operations

• Process financing withdrawals on internal platforms.
• Complete daily finance operational tasks.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately.

Accounts Receivable

• Raise invoices for investors and borrowers.
• Prepare management fee invoices.
• Prepare success fee invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer balances.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices where required.

Systems & Platforms

• Process invoices within the ERP system.
• Upload invoices to the Fatoorah portal.
• Use Tableau to monitor operational activity.

Reconciliations

• Perform daily reconciliations.
• Support month‑end reconciliations.

Administration

• Assist the wider Finance team with operational tasks.
