Job summary

FundRock is seeking a diligent finance professional to support fund services operations across offshore teams and client deliverables. You will ensure timely NAV submissions, maintain financial statements, and uphold regulatory and anti-money-laundering standards while collaborating with asset managers and developers to gather data.

Qualifications

• Strong educational background in accounting or finance.
• Proactive and able to drive tasks forward.
• Able to meet deadlines and work flexibly in client delivery.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Capacity to solve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive support to Fund Services teams across roles to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Timely submission of NAV to clients in line with SLA.
• Ensure compliance with fund terms, regulations and AML requirements.
• Collaborate with asset managers, property managers and developers to gather data.
• Monitor cash flows to maintain liquidity for operations and investments.
• Maintain financial statements compliant with accounting standards and regulations.
• Adhere to firm policies and procedures.
• Cover duties during line manager's absence and communicate issues to Line managers.
• Foster strong relationships with clients.
• Promote process improvements and best practices.
