Job Overview

Responsible for executing the day-to-day operational

Responsible for executing the day-to-day operational activities of the company's investment funds, including financial and accounting monitoring of funds, processing subscription and redemption transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of operational records and reports in compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and the funds' terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Fund Operations

• Execute and monitor subscription and redemption transactions across funds
• Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) periodically and verify its accuracy
• Manage investor records and investment units for each fund
• Coordinate with the Custodian and Fund Administrator on settlements

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Prepare periodic financial statements for funds (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Monitor calculation of management and performance fees
• Ensure fund accounting records reconcile with custodian records

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure operational compliance with fund Terms & Conditions and CMA Investment Funds Regulations
• Prepare reports required by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and submit them through approved systems within regulatory deadlines
• Maintain documented records of all operational activities for audit purposes

Internal & External Coordination

• Liaise with fund managers and the investment team to ensure proper execution of operations
• Coordinate with external parties (custodian, external auditor, service providers) to complete operational tasks
• Support the Investor Relations team with operational information as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in fund operations or financial accounting within an asset management firm
• Solid knowledge of the CMA Investment Funds Regulations
• Fluency in Arabic and English
