Job summary

Amor Management Consultants in Medina is seeking a Chartered Accountant to lead finance, accounting, MIS and compliance functions. The role requires a minimum of five years' relevant experience in a mid-to-large organization and strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

You will optimize ERP-enabled processes (Dynamics 365 / Business Central / eFront), support investment back office activities, and ensure timely zakat and VAT compliance, board reporting, and

Job description

Finance amp Treasury Support

• day-to-day finance operations and ensure smooth financial processes
• Assist in cash flow planning
• forecasting and management
• Manage payment and receipt cycles
• controls and process improvements
• Support surplus cash management and bank borrowing activities
• Ensure compliance with banking terms
• conditions and covenants
• Monitor and control costs and expenses
• Support loan documentation and execution

Accounting amp Compliance

• Supervise and support the accounting function
• Ensure appropriate accounting policies
• procedures and internal controls
• Ensure timely accounting closure
• reconciliations and financial reporting
• Prepare financial information and reports for management

• Coordinate annual audits and support internal audit requirements

MIS amp Risk Management

• Develop and maintain MIS databases and reporting systems

Investment amp Legal Back Office

• Coordinate and support various legal and investment-related matters

Technology amp Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve finance and accounting processes
• Support effective implementation and usage of relevant ERP

Qualification & Experience:

Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is Mandatory. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, MIS or a similar role. Experience in a mid-size to large professionally managed organization preferred. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, MIS, budgeting, cash flow management and financial reporting. Exposure to Zakat and VAT is preferred. Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets and databases. ERP exposure such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central or eFront will be an added advantage. Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Candidate: CA professionals with strong exposure to Finance, Accounting, MIS, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Banking, Compliance and Investment Back Office functions.
