Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Finance Manager - Projects to lead financial support for Capability and Training project reporting. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, and economic decision making within the Training Services Project Team, ensuring compliance with finance policy and governance.

The successful candidate will deliver accurate financial reporting, support audits, and contribute to IBP and strategic planning while developing the project finance team and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with knowledge of most Finance function responsibilities.
• Experience in project accounting, financial accounting, and at least some experience in financial planning & reporting and management reporting is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate across various levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to bid and project teams in Capability and Training.
• Identify, understand and mitigate financial and commercial risks through reviews.
• Prepare CSR/SSRs on a quarterly basis and review in line with mandates.
• Lead trading plans, estimates to complete, and IBP process for project areas.
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure data accuracy across project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvements in project accounting and leverages technology for efficiency gains.
